I "lost" my account D:

Hello :)

First, I'm sorry if I'm doing something wrong in this post, I'm completely new to wikia and I'm unsure if I understand everything.

So, I recently had to reset my phone and I didn't knew that I need an 16-digit code to get my account back. I thought it'd be automatically connected to my google play account or so :s A friend of mine showed me this page, but I'm a bit overwhelmed with the fill-out thing since english isn't my first language, I'm confused by all the japanese and I'm really new to this game. My friend is also my ingame friend, so she sent me some screenshots with informations from my account. I play the EN version of the game.

Can someone please, please help me with finding the information and writing the mail? I don't really understand if I also have to use the japanese words when I'm playing the EN version and what I have to state if things are unknown and so on :s

Operating System. If your original device was in Android OS, then find another device with an Android OS. On the other hand, if it was an iOS, then fine another iOS. :)

Oh, okay. Yeah, I could ask my sister, but I think she won't give it to me, especially since the installing takes hours because our internet connection is so bad. I'll just wait till I'm getting my phone back. Thank you so much for all the help :)

Hi, i need someone to help me find my sif account. I forgot my user ID and i need someone to help me find it so i could email my ID to KLab. My ingame name is Eve05!

Please help me find it and then tell me the ID! I really appreciate it if you could help me! Thanks!

if you're playing on EN, just email klab- you can refer to Ragnarok6354's first reply in this thread to check the link for what content you'll put in the email-
if you're playing on JP, however, refer to this thread ouo

So, assuming your game wasn't backed up using the Apple game center or Google play store...

If you don't know your user ID, and you don't have a way of contacting anyone who added you as a friend, there's no way of retrieving it. Profile names are pointless unless someone just happens to come across your profile and given the number of players, good luck there.
